This hotel's location couldn't be better! It's located in a charming and convenient area, surrounded by tons of restaurants and cafes. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities, like towels and water. Additionally, the hotel staff is wonderful and always willing to help, making for a pleasant stay overall. Guests can also enjoy the spectacular view from the beautiful terrace and take advantage of the little cafeteria downstairs.

We experienced a minor inconvenience during our stay. The glass window in our room was broken, which wasn't ideal.

The hotel was conveniently located near many great restaurants and had a charming little cafeteria downstairs which was open until late at night. the staff were really nice and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace with an amazing view and the spa services offered by the hotel. the rooms were quite spacious and some even came equipped with a cozy sofa bed to relax in.

The little café downstairs and the friendly staff were the best aspects of our romantic escape. The location was perfect, near to a variety of restaurants and with beautiful views from the terrace. the spacious rooms with sofa bed were a great advantage, providing comfort and relaxation during our stay.

We didn't have a completely positive experience during our stay. One of our personal items went missing after the room had been cleaned, which made us feel uncomfortable about leaving our belongings in the room.

Our stay at Arkana Hotel By Rotamundos was absolutely delightful. The location was perfect, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and with a beautiful terrace boasting amazing views. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a sofa bed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, bringing my mom a softer pillow and providing extra towels and water. The hotel's little cafeteria downstairs was a great convenience, open until 10.30pm, and the front desk staff was wonderfully helpful. We also enjoyed the spa and the hotel's charming and well-maintained atmosphere. Despite a minor inconvenience of a broken window in our room, we found everything else to be truly exceptional. Although we had a personal item go missing after the first room cleaning, it did not overshadow our overall positive experience at Arkana Hotel By Rotamundos. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, top-notch service, and affordable prices.
